## IT issues OpenClaw's security precautions against six-to-six.
On 11 March 2026, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology formally issued six guidance recommendations on protection against security risks for OpenClaw open-source smarts through an online security threat and gap information platform. The proposal addresses possible security risks in typical applications for lobster smarts, from six dimensions, such as the use of codes, competency management, skills market audit, social engineering protection. The Ministry explicitly recommends that users use the official latest versions and initiate automatic updates, strictly prohibit exposure of smart body examples to the Internet environment, announce remote access to the SSH secure gateways and limit source addresses through SSH. In terms of authority management, it proposes to implement a secondary identification or artificial approval mechanism for high-risk operations such as sending data, modifying system configurations.
